We offer a full refund of any products found to be damaged, defective or not what you ordered (eg. incorrect size) within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). GWP (Green Witch Products) sells handmade items that are unique. Replacements are only offered on products where the same item has stock availability or if items can be remade exactly.
Per our refunds policy, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must be unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email [email protected] and quote “Return” in the email header. Indicate the reason for the return. Once you have received confirmation of the return via email send the item back to GWP via Royal Mail. Full instructions regarding the returns process, including the return address to be used, will be sent with confirmation of the return.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In this instance the return shipping will be at the customers expense. Items found to be faulty, defective or not what you ordered will be eligable for a full refund of the return postage cost. The eligable postage refund will up to the standard parcel Royal Mail first class rate. Please retain the proof of postage. This will be required in order for reimbursement of postage costs to take place once agreed. Approved postage refunds will take place as a seperate transactions and further instructions would be provided via email.
We will notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. Once inspected we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the purchase cost of the item. Replacements will be sent out within the normal business timeframe for order executions as listed on the site. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
As per our refunds policy, please note that we are unable to accept any returns of used earrings due to hygiene reasons.
